Is it possible to install the engine from '99 or '00 Altima into the '95 S14? If so what is required to install it? I would like to get the engine and build it up on the side.

My KA is almost finished and considering price tag on the Altima's engines it would be a good swap while keeping the car street legal.

No, you need a RWD KA.
