Ka24de Firing problems any help??

ok so i have a 92 vert with a ka24de 5 speed swap. Wake up in the morning and go to start the car, cranks, fires, and idles fine. Get to driving and 10-20 into drive, stop at a red light and the car starts to idle at 1500-1600 rpms. I tap the gas to get to moving forward and the car bogs down like its not getting fuel but if i gently press the gas and release the clutch i can get it back home. Get home park it (still idling at 1500-1600 rpms) and turn it off. Got to start it back up and does nothing but crank does not fire back up. Can let it sit for about an hour or so and crank it up and will start after a few tries. kinda sounds like its flooding out. Im getting fuel and spark but no fire. Changed FPR, fuel rail, injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs/wires. Any help????????
