Ok, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I had my #3 Fuel Injector fail last week. I replaced it and my car ran fine until today, about a week later. Now my #4 FI is bad...Is there anything else I should look at replacing to keep the rest from failing? Or do you think since 2 have failed the other 2 will probably fail soon as well....They have never been replaced before. Car has 116k miles....Thanks everyone!!

My car has like 125k on the clock and had an injector fail. Since they all have the same mileage, I would say it's more sensible to replace all 4 at once since they arent too expensive, anyways. Preventative maintenance ftw.

Check your fuel pressure. When the fuel pump starts to fail it can't keep the pressure up. Less fuel pressure = less fuel flow -> lean mixutre -> ECU compensates -> overdrives injectors.
