Ka24DE exhaust is louder, low power why?

My car seems like the exhaust is more raspy and louder recently, not too much different. I first thought timing , but I have checked everything many times. My chain was rattling some, fixed with no change. I feel like a 30% power loss over my other ka24de with major blowby that burned tons of oil wtf?

Things relatively new or changed: plugs,cap/rotor,02,different ecu,tps adjusted which helped,fpr,temp sensors. Injectors came from a junkyard. What should I look into? I'm embarrassed to race hondas my car feels that slow.. it runs great just slow.

The car feels laggy like someone put a rag around my airfilter cutting power. It idles perfect, but it does pop like from exhaust gasses or something every so often.The ecu has no codes at all. The only code was 34(knock sensor) that was replaced. compression was around 162-165 or so little variation.I feel it is sensor or component related, every so often the car had ran super fast.
