ka24de engine harness issues please help..

hey guys so my problem is that i have a 1995 ka24de motor it used to be auto and i changed it to manual and there are three plugs that my harness wont plug into like the one plug 3 prong plug for the tps and there are also two other plugs on the distributor but on my harness the plugs are all different...like on the tps it has a four prong plug and it needs to be three and the plugs on my harness for the distributor dont plug in either...so do i need to get the 95 automatic engine harness or do i need to get the 95 manual engine harness..please help i really need my car back...thanks
