my impression is that you must have the smog abilities of the newer "part", in your case make your smog match the 95 requirements/car.

So does that mean I can pull the left over emissions equipment from the 92? The 95 KADE didnt have quite a few of the parts used in emissions equip that the 92 did. For instance the PAIR Valve and Swirl Control Valve. It seems it would be easier to remove these parts also, rather than try to rig them up or swap all the parts. Anyone else ran into this?
