KA24DE electrical/fuel problem

Alright so I will try to keep this short and detailed. I just put in a walboro 255 fuel pump, and anew fuel filter. I get gas all the way to the fuel rail. But the injectors wont spray the gas. I think it's electrical but I have no idea what to look for. I just swapped this motor into my 1990 S13 hatch. If you know what the problem is please help me out, I don't want to have to sell this car.

Start off by checking the fuel pressure (should be 34-36 psi with vacuum to the fpr; ~43 psi without). Also check with a circuit tester that there's an electric pulse at the FI harness's injector connectors when you crank the car.

check that your fuel lines are on correctly at the rail. I.E. fuel pressure regulator should be on the return side.

Yeah I would make sure pressure is up there, and check injector signals
