ka24de egr question.please answer asap

i took out my ka24de and i removed the egr valve.i had saw there are block off plates,but what doi remove because all of the tubing goin to it,it all recirculates to the intake.what can i remove.also can i get rid of all emissions,and what would that be.i also see to plugs on the transmission side of head,looks like for egr idksomeone help me outthanks,ron
