you can use a auto ka24de ecu on a manual to cut the speed limiter.

Yes, but you will have to swap the lower 98 ka24de intake plenum with the 91 ka24de intake plenum along with the distributor and throttle body so the wiring harness will connect up right. Reason is, is that the 98 is OBD 2 and the 92 is obd 1. Changing the lower intake plenum will make the 98 OBD 1

The 91-94 ECUs should be the same which use OBD-I and the 95-98 ECUs should be the same which use OBD-II; the two ECU groups are not interchangable.

Thanks, what is OBD? and for the speed limiter, i can use auto ecu to cut it off? thats cool but only it has to match either obd-I or obd-II motor right?

OBD = On board diagnostics

The idea of OBD was to simplify a mechanics job by making everything standard throughout the whole car industry. In fact it did kinda the opposite, and if you talk to any tech about OBD2 you will get an ear full.

OBD2 is the second version, and the update was primarily to add emission control stuff. Specifically a system that gets rid of fuel vapors, it is called an evaporative emissions system.

Hope that answers your question.
