KA24DE ECU OBDII CODE PO135

I'm getting a code

P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

when I check the codes on my ecu 1996 240sx 80k

Does this mean I should replace my O2 sensors?

Both of them? Where should I go to replace them? Dealer or Pep Boys?

I assume if its for the heated o2 sensor its for the front one.. I cant remember if they changed them around for OBDII..

Id get the o2 from one of our sponsors and DIY replace it, it cant be too hard.
