ka24de ecu not grounding help!!!

Alright so I just swapped a de into my shell and at first it didn't crank so I got a wiring diagram checked from the ignition all the way to the starter it was all good, then I noticed that I the lower harness didn't connect to a couple plugs in my harness so I got a new one. Then I noticed the fuel pimp wasn't priming checked my wiring diagram again and appperantly it wasn't grounding so I traced the wire and didn't find nothing so I ran a new wire and still nothing so I decided to connect it to my ignition now when my keys on accesorys my pump automatically comes on, now it cranks but won't turn on, I checked for spark and It gets it fine. The fuel pumps working and I have pressure in the lines but when I check the injector clips the one that gets the power has power but the one that the ecu grounds isn't grounding and the pin on the ecu looks perfectly fine and isn't bent or anything??? any help would be greatly appreciated

Ok well I tried checking to see if it was my ecu but my ecu turned on my friends s13, so I was wonering if it could be the wiring?
