KA24de ECU....interchangable!?

I have a 1995 nissan altima with 5speed manual trans, not sure exactly the part number on my ECU, but my question is, can I use the ECU from a 1998 5speed KA24de altima too...I have the ECU and MAF from 1998 altima, do you know if this is going to work with my car?

i looked at the ecu part numbers and yes, i saw that they are different.. but still im thinking since they uses the same egine, it should work right, the only difference would be is the maf sensor and maybe the location of the o2 sensors.... what do you think? and for anyone who has done this swap of ecu on ka24de..pls give me some feedback..
