a guy name micheal runs it. usually they return emails pretty quick. i've dealt with them a few times and never really had a problem them.

give them time, they'll answer. just resend the email.

I have had the same problem, i've sent them about 5 emails (including re-sending the same email) and heard NOTHING from them.

if a company thinks they got an order, they'll reply, lol.

not saying ka24de.com is like that, but it cant hurt to try.

I've ordered my valves from them. Sometimes the emails response took 2 or more days, but I got good delivery and the products were great.
