ka24de clutch!!!

ok guys...i called the nissan dealer in our area and they have a clutch kit for about $125. he said it comes with the throw out, clutch and the plate....i think...is that right...do i need all that or can i just get a disc plate and throw out. like i said i only wanted to keep this engine in till at latest spring or late winter...what do u guys think...is that alright!!
