I have a nearly stock KA24DE and the clutch is slipping. I'm going to put in a new one myself soon. I would like to go with a turbo KA (maybe up to 275 whp max?) eventually, but not for at least a year and a half, perhaps two. Thus, a 6 puck race clutch seems like overkill. I think I'm going to get the ACT street disc, haven't seen anythign but praise for it. I'm also going to get the SPL SS clutch line and eliminate the dampener loop. Is there anything I'm missing here? Will the ACT street be a good choice for mountain roads, autocross, and daily driving? Also, where's the cheapest place to get it thats a NICO sponsor? :)

Well, depending on your budget you can get a lighter aluminum flywheel instead of having your stock one resurfaced. If you go aluminum, you're probably looking at the $400-600 range.

Yeah, I've looked at the flywheel option, but bang for the buck just isn't there. My friend with an s14 has one and he mentioned that while he notices a difference, its more subtle than he expected. I'm on a relatively tight budget so i have to pick and choose :)

or you could just lighten the OEM one, I've heard 10-11 pounds is achievable..
