KA24de bogs and loses power under 3000 RPM please help

My 1992 KA24de feels like it has no power under 3000RPM's. It starts studderin and then after 3000 thousand it pulls pretty good then after 5000RPMs it hits a flat spot then pulls back pretty good agian but its just not right i changed plugs, checked distributor cap and wires and made sure all the grounds where good and changed ECU still same thing please help this is my daily driver

Couple things could be wrong.

Check your FPR, Check for leaky injectors, one crazy on is check your Engine temp sensor the one that sends signal to the ecu, fuel pump, and even timing might be off.

Boost leak? Spark plug gap? What is your air fuel ratio? What's your setup?

Yeah, not knowing everything you have doesn't help.

But it sounds like timing to me if you have a mostly stock engine.

Im sorry guys i put this under the wrong forum by mistake it is a N/A not turbo sorry about that, but it is just a stock motor for now but any help would be greatly appreciated
