KA24DE bad idle, bogs, hesitates, backfires out intake...STUMPED! HELP PLEASE!!!

So heres the story. my first mistake, i bought SOMEONE ELSES project car. so the guy i got it from put RTV on every seal on the motor. so i removed them motor completely stripped it down, bought all new gaskets and used everything i needed to get it done right. so i get it running and it runs good for the first few minutes. drove it around and ran fine felt very good, but now everytime it just bogs out idles like **** and backfires out the intake.

- changed the MAF with a good one- changed both coolant sensors- cleaned the iacv- new 300zx fuel filter- checked timing- sprayed starting fluid around the intake to check for leaks, no leaks

when i spray starting fluid into the intake it runs fine and i can rev it up and it revs and idles good. so leads to to believe im running to lean and its not getting enough fuel. what ohms should my stock injectors read? mine all read around 11.6. i also have a new stock fuel pump should i just drop it in and see if it helps? i dont know if a stock fuel pump and just not give out enough pressure or something. i was also thinking that it might be the 02 sensor but i really have no idea i have put tons of new stuff on it and nothing is helping

i also removed all emissions, used a s14 upper intake manifold to remove butterflies, and have an aem intake.

If anyone has any ideas PLEASE let me know THIS PROBLEM IS DRIVING ME NUTS I JUST WANT TO DRIVE MY 240!!!!!
