I been having some really odd bogging issues. I would start the car warm it up, it would drive fine for a bit then out of no where it feels like something dragging the car down and RPM starts falling steadily, I'm holding the accelerator down all of a sudden the power would come back but cut out right after. In neutral I would rev the car and it would only go up to about 2,500-3000rpms. I started with cleaning the MAF today and added fuel injector cleaner with 91 chevron gas, problem is still there. I don't know what it can be, can it be the spark plugs?

So far a lot of people said MAF but it doesn't look like there is a problem. Has anyone had this kind of problem before?

Here is a quick vid I took around the blockhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7Pkqonbk54

This is a sound I have been getting after I drive the car and turn it off, only happens after the motor is at normal operating temp. Not sure if its the exahust.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v..._page

First thing I would do is check for codes. Your check engine light comes on when there is a system malfunctioning. I would point my finger at the fuel pump just by what I have seen but I am not sure. I would also inspect the rev limiter.

I am sure more folk will chime in. Good luck!

clean all your elctrical connectors and try some injector cleaner. i had that problem once for like 5 mins, then i parked it for an hour came back to see if i can fix it and it never happened again, ended up building and boosting that same motor without that problem ever coming back.

the 2nd vid just sounds like the motor shaking around because it died (if thats what it did when the vid ended) and the exhaust hitting a loose cat converter heat shield.

edit: come to think of it i think i replaced my cat converter because it was broken inside and blocked inside and i would hear things shaking around.get under it and hit the cat with your hand and if you hear loose thinks thats your problem.
