Im working on a 92 to 95 KADE swap, Im wondering if anyone can tell my what changes I need to make (if any) to make it California Emissions legal. I'll be moving out to CA later this year and would hate to tear the car apart again for emissions.
Another somewhat relevant question, Can I reuse the 92 Exhaust manifold on the 95 motor? The 95 has a different, triangular, flange that will not work. As well, I guess the 95 has an up-pipe(whatever you want to call it) with a cat built in. Also, if I can reuse the 92 Exhaust manifold on the 95 motor, is the EGR tube identical? The EGR tube on my 92 motor is... well, cut. I would prefer to salvage what I can, Any help in figuring this out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, I have a ton of good pictures when this is done.
