KA24DE 1992 240SX HEATS UP THEN POOR ACCELERATION

240SC YEAR 1992 KA24DE When cold has great idle and great acceleration BUT after Temp is up to operating Temp
the motor misses and bogs out between 2200 and 3200 RPM
Its like the ignition Timing gets turned down
I have replace the DIST/ Maf and ECU AND TEMP SENSOR
Could it be the EGR valve
I have worked on 240's for years done swaps etc and NEVER had anything like this happen
Any Help would be great
