I have a KA24, i already have the cold air intake, is it worth buying a intercooler kit, like will i feel a little difference at least? thanks

Intercoolers are a turbo item. It cools heated charge air (a thermal byproduct of compressing air via a turbocharger). You don't have a turbo per your other post, so there would be no point in running one on your setup.
