ka24 wiring

i just took out a ka24 out of my 89, and put it back into a 90.im using the same wiring harness as before from the 89.well now that its in and now i have some extra plugs that need to go some where and i cant find where they go.one is part of the positive harness and i have every thing going were it should all go, when one is left and i cant find were that one goes its on the passenger side and gray if that helps. i dont see any other plug or ports or anything. then in the same area my heat sensor on the tube that flows off the bottom of the radiator i cant find its plug that goes into it.then there is one that were my sensor for my air box is that plug that goes into the box, but then that one thats right by it has no were to go.then the same wire that the coil and what i think is the air box sensor. that is every long.... witch way dose it go? under the engine? or over the top? or around the back? were?if i could get some pics that would help very much thanks.
