Ok. New member here!I have bought a 1990 240SX with a KA24 in it. Well i had it for about 2 days when it sent a water pump through my radiator and into my hood. So I have replaced the radiator and pump along with 2 electric fans. After install i have not been able to get it started. I have checked the wiring for possible cuts or damage and checked the coil. Nothing! It turns over great but acts like it has no spark. it has spark at the coil but dosent seem to get it after the coil. I have a new ecu and havent installed it yet but im about 80% sure its not the ecu. Can I get any ideas from the 240 pros? Any ideas for me?

I'd go over this a bit more. I have never seen a water pump blow off into the radiator. For that to happen something has to be seriously wrong.

Headgasket causing coolant to boil profusely might cause that. Unlikely, but the only thing I can think of. Do a leakdown and compression test.

have done a compression test to it and all cylinders are fine. The mechanic here that is specialized in 240's told me has has heard of a few of the KA24 ceasing water pumps before. But i will check the head gaskets and a few other things. Thank you for the advice!

I suppose what you mean is the bearing in the pump got so bad it let the fan get into the radiator and hood.

Is it getting fuel ?

Are the injectors clicking ?

Fuel pump working ? If the loose fan got into the connection right on the front of the head, that is you crank angle sensor connection coming from the distributor, won't run without a good conection there.
