KA24 w/ sr20 turbo

Has anyone ever tried to put a stock sr20 turbo on a KA. I have access to a few sr turbos and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried it or if the money spent would be worth it. I am not looking for an insane amount of psi or hp increase but, I am looking for an improvement top end.I have a 97' KA24

The T25 exhaust housing is so damn tiny that it would restrict the breathing significantly up top...

You could gain a good amount of TQ through the midrange, but I'd bet over 5000 it wouldn't be to great...

Smallest I'd ever think of putting on a KA is a Z31 turbo...a .63 A/R, Stage I turbine...even that's kinda small.

thanx man, To make the KA a good motor I need to build even power from 1000 to 7000 building midrange wouldnt help me at all considering that is the strong point already. The motor is already lackin' top end I think I need to adress that first. Any proven suggestions on making top end power??

T3/T04E and a set of 91 exhaust cams should give you all the top end you need.
