KA24 turbo header

what are some good headers for the ka. i need something with a external wastegate mount and something i can top-mount the turbo too, and im thinking about going with a hks gt3240 turbo and the exhaust flange is a t2, so thats also a factor. and i hear that rev hards crack under high pressure, so i really dont wanna go with them. id also kindof like somethin stainless steel, but i could settle with something else. any infos appreciated.

Last time I talked to Chris, he said he didnt know if the guy was still going to make them. Wouldnt hurt to check on it.

yeah, i saw that one too, and i kindof like it, but it has a t3 or t4 flange, and im pretty sure the turbo im getting has a smaller flange if the exhaust half of the turbo has a t2 housing. unless you know somethere i can get an adapter plate.

Or you could call chris and ask him if you could get one with a T2 flange on it.

And remember, they are not called headers... it's a turbo manifold... that got me confussed until I re-read your post.

The builder of Chris's manifold is thinking about mass production, but has a full time job and can't put time into something that won't be successful. He's promised to build me one eventually, but we know each other well. Another manifold to look at is the Kiwi, it's stainless equal lentgh, very beautiful, but pricey. Unstable-Hybrids is building manifolds also.
