KA24 Transmissions Interchangeable/Bolton?

Friend is offering me his transmission off a KA24SE from 1990.Would this transmission bolt on directly to my KA24DE (S14 97 w/ obdII)?

you will have to swap bellhousings the ob2 has a sensor for the flywheel that the e one wont have.

he has the bell housing with it as well.. if i requested that along with the deal would the bell housing go right up to the block? (will it require a different size clutch pack?)

your have to put your bellhousing, the one that has the obd2 sensor onto the new trasmition, you dont need the bellhousing from him because it doesnt have the sensor and wont work
