ka24 transmission parts in an sr?

my sr20det transmission is leaking a little oil from the front imput shaft seal, what kind of seal will work and how hard is it to change the seal?. does a ka24e transmission have the same gear ratio as an sr20det? can ka transmission internals work in an sr transmission?

anyone? will the ka24 manual transmission front imput shaft seal work on an sr20det rwd transmission? or what front imput shaft seal sould i use on my sr transmission?
