ka24 problems

okay i kno everyone is goin to tell meto search but i did and nothing came up so......i have an 89 ka-24 and from 1,000-3,000 rpms the engine hesitates ans boggs. i have no idea whats goin on. i just got a tune up with new cap plugs wires and rotor as well as a new battery. any and all suggestions would be appreciated

I had a similar problem w/ my 89 240sx check your tps sensor and check for vacum leaks. check your Ecu for codes as well and go from there.

check your MAF as well.. it can cause some major problems if it is not plugged in all the way..

I had that problem and it was the last thing I would think of. after I replaced a bunch of other things I found out it was that alternator.

yeah i got a new maf for the car but i will try the others. ill let u kno. but keep comin with the ideas because it runs like a 2 cylinder lol.
