Ka24 Greedy turbo kit

Hi, can you told me if the turbo kit for ka24de 96-98 from greedy can be install on a ka24 93 and if he can't, why?

this has been discussed before but yes it can...they both have basically the exact same motor. except the intercooler pipings, i dont know how that would work out maybe some modifcations would do. and also i remember something about the e-manage they give you only works for the s14 because its OBDII unlike s13's which are OBDI...everything else, your good to go

and also i dont own a greddy KA-T kit so im just letting you know based on what i know

The kit was made for S14. To mate to S13 chassis with KA24DE, you will need to do some physical modding on the pipings.

OBD2/1 doesn't matter.. the emanage will hook up to the 93 KA24DE the same way it does with the 96-98.

Yea but isn't the emanage tuned differently?I have always "heard" that it needs to be retuned if put on an s13.Always "heard" in order to make it work, pipes need to be modified and e-manage need to be re-tuned.

my theory...

the only thing you should need is the s14 mafs. the emanage should treat the s13 ecu/s14 mafs combination just like any s14 ecu/mafs upgrade that it's capable of doing. there will be some fine tuning needed, but then again why would you want to run the conservative tune that greddy has locked in the emanage in the first place?

this applies to the basic greddy kit without the intercooler. buy an s13 intercooler kit from where ever and mofiy the hot pipe, or build your own.
