I have a 92' 240sx Manual trans. Ran great until today, I was driving around and I put it to the floor and around 4-5000 RPMs (in all gears) I here this nasty squell comming from the under body- not a belt or altenator. Maybe a timing tensionor? or clutch pad??? The car does need a timing chain kit. Please help

Not enough information to make a guess, buat as a general rule when you are trying to find a problem, you shoul dstart with those thinge that you know are bad.

Do the Timing Chain and while youare at it check the Trans Fluid and verify that the belts didn't glaze over causeing the squeal.

you sure its not the belt? its usually the cause of squealling, maybe its the water pump belt.

Sounds like your Fan Clutch is bad causing your belts to squeal. Reason why is because the fan is trying to spin just as fast as the engine when it's not suppose to.

Does your fan sound real loud at idle?

Yes, I suspect the fan clutch also.
