I have a 1991 240 with the Ka24 in it. I bought it from a guy that said it has a bad knock in the bottom end. I bought a new crank for it but never really worked on to many Nissans. Does anyone have any tips on replacing the crank? I havent heard the car run, so I am just going off what I was told when i bought it. Any other possibilitys besides the crank. They said what happened is that they just had the top end rebuilt and didnt put enough oil back in it when they put it back together and then it started knocking. Any advise would be great. Thanks,-Justin-

If I pulled the head back off what would I be looking for? I wouldn't need to take the head off to replace a crankshaft or a spun bearing would I?
