KA24 blown head gasket =(

Hey, so i'm buying a 91 240sx automatic. yeah yeah its auto, but imma do a auto to manual swap. Don't worry about that part though. But it has a blown head gasket. I'm new to 240's and everything, so Do i just replace the whole head? or can i just replace the head gasket? because i just need to get it to my house. help please? And is it better to replace the whole head? i just need to fix it so i can get it smogged and registered under my name. HELP HELP HELP!! and thanks for taking the time to read about my problem!

Take off the head and let a machining shop check the head for any warping.

If it isn't serious they can machine the head so it's perfectly flat.

Unless the head is seriously damaged, you don't need to replace the whole head due to a blown headgasket.

Depends, take it to the shop and have them check the head for warping.
