Ka wont start

Yes I know this has probably been covered before but I searched and couldn't find the problem or one similar enough for me to do anything...so with that out of the way. I reset the cams to TDC, New cap and rotor button, new ignition module, new coil, I get plenty of fuel but the car wont start. I think the distributor timing might be off but no matter how I turn the dist. I only backfire out of the intake I cant get it to backfire out of the exhaust to find the middle. I'm getting tired of trying to get this thing running (been at it since february) and I need the car. Does anyone have any ideas as to why the car won't start?

It's brand new...I bought it when I swapped the motor.
