Can anyone tell me the weight of a ka24e transmission?

I have searched and found only threads where people are saying its heavy and cant lift it, blah blah and ca18 engine weights

So if someone can please just tell me what it is, it'll greatly help me and next time someone searches for it they can find this thread cuz the heading is pretty basic

thanks

5-speed or auto? The 5-speed is a lot lighter then an auto.

I looked on google but i couldnt find anything on weight, best thing i could think of is to bring it to your local shipping store and have them weigh it, or buy one of those small scales from wal-mart and use that then return it

odd, just got mine in the mail a week or so ago -- yes, very easy to pick up. But stil no lightweight.

as said above somewhere between 75 and 100...

But what i dont recal is ow much lighter the manual is from the auto. The manual cant be more than like 140 all said and done... where as the auto is definetly over 200 lbs

on a bit of a tangent - the vlsd i got seems to be harder to move around than the trany
