Starting from the begining I was on my way home and I notice a mild metal to metal grinding sound, so I kept driving for about a mile and it started to lose power. I instanly pulled over and the grinning sound got really loud. I cut the car off, look under car and made sure I didn't have any fluid leaks. The funny part is, once I engage the clutch the noise goes away. The car will go in every gear but will not launch. So it is not driveable and I'm hearing that it may release bearing .

check and make sure its bolted to the engine all the way. and if it makes the noise when you let the clutch out its not the release bearing. its probably transmission bearings. did you fill the trans to the right level when you installed it? check and double check!
