KA to SR Engine Swap Help

Hi, I have an automatic 1995 S14 240SX. I wanted to swap to a manual transmission. I also wanted to do an engine swap from the usual KA to an SR20DET, so I bought som parts from a JDM importer. All of these parts came off of a Japanese S15 with 35k miles on it. I bought:
SR20DET Blacktop with a T28 turbo
Wiring harness
ECU
6-Speed manual transmission
driveshaft
differential

I got all this stuff for $3400.00 (including shipping from Canada to Tennessee). I don't know a lot about the whole process. Is this a good deal, if everything works right? Also, what else will I need in order to complete the swap? I know I will need a clutch pedal, clutch member, and shifter knob. Any assistance is appreciated.

sounds about right. Not the easiest swap of the SR's, but that being said it'll be pretty easy.

Just look up stuff like this and you'll figure it out pretty quick. SR swaps are easy to find info for without effort.

You'll need to modify the harness to work with your S14.
Wiring Specialties can convert your harness for you, or you can buy a premade one from them.

You'll also have to do some research for how people deal with the S15 speed sensor issue. The S15 6 speed had a speed sensor on the diff instead of the transmission like the other models and chassis.
