ka timing problem

alright when i went to time my car with a timing light when i have it set at 20 degrees the dizzy is almost all the way to the left? im pretty sure that isnt right cuz its never been like that before. its normally right in the middle/ a lil to the right. RPM were at 700 when i timed it. Dizzy has never been taken out of the car either so i know its in the right spot. Is there something that could be throwing off my timing at idle? also this is a motor that was originally auto that i put into my car and converted to manual.

my car feels really sluggish too. feels like the timing is really retarded. when its set like that
