Ka-t wont rev pass 4000RPM

What the title says, my car wont rev pass 4000rpm when i try to push full throttle. It would seem like 4000rpm is the limit on every gear. I have a JWT ecu thats set to push 7000-7500 Rpm and rev limiter taken out. Im also using a z32 maf that i jus recently cleaned with maf cleaner, changed out the coolant temp sensor, and turbo is pushing 5lbs of boost. Not shure what else to do next. Anyone has a clue on what could be the problem and can help me out? thanks in advance...

did you upgrade the fuel system after you boosted it (bigger fuel pump, bigger injectors).....that would be my only guess

Same here, i think it is going to be the Mass Air flow sensor, i had the same issue with one from a SOHC

redo grounds and make new ones that was the problem with my buddys car
