KA-T Vaccum Line Question

I'm building a 1995 KA-T. I blocked off the EGR and removed all the lines and water lines to the throttle body.

I'm looking at the underside of the top half of the intake. There are 4 what looks to be vaccum lines coming off the bottom. They go into a small manifold (4 into 1) and exit at the bottom.

Question is, can these just be plugged or do I need to run them to something? Were they part of what I removed and not needed anymore?

thats your pcv system and that does need to stay intact.
