Hey man, this is awfully similar to your other thread
If you look around the border of the page you will see many links to what are called "parts vendors" These parts vendors sell...ready for it...parts, ah yes. Also, in this very website there is something called the FSM (service manual) that will assist you in any installations you may be confused about. To install a fuel pressure regulator, which I am sure is not your problem, you need to identify the stock fpr (fuel pressure regulator), find the fasteners that attach it to the fuel rail, remove said fasteners, and replace.
I think the issue is your coolant temp sensor...
Do not ask where is that and where do I get it and how do I replace. Call a parts vendor, get a price, if you like the price, order it or pick it up and check the FSM for instalation and placement.
