Can someone help me out, I am just a little confused. Just got done putting the turbo in my car and it seems to run a little rich even when stock injectors and it bogs out constantly. Ive checked for vaccum leaks but I havent checked too good on my IC pipings yet. The only vaccum found was the one that goes to my IACV anyways. I do have a small exhaust leak at the end of my downpipe though, and thats about it.

Heres my setup. A 95 ka24de with a T04x turbo with .48/.60 A/R, custom 3" downpipe, Z32 MAF, JWT Fuel Rail, 50lbs MSD injectors (currently running stock so it wouldn't flood), walbro fuel pump, Greddy BOV vented to atmosphere, JWT ECU, and a plugged up EGR port. Still waiting for my adjustible FPR and my iridium spark plugs to get here.

FWIW: I ran my KAT setup with 370's, SAFC and stock fuel pump. Ran fine, but was leaning out a bit up top under 7psi. After putting the Walbro255 in, it ran pig rich. Some swear that it won't cause that condition, but I know for a fact it did. All the settings had to change with the high flow pump.

You could pop your stocker back in for testing purposes and see if it clears up.

thanks alot. you just reminded me of something important. It makes sense now. The bigger fuel pump, pumps more fuel but you got to have something to control the pressure, which where the adjustable FPR comes in to regulate the pressure. Without it, it will pump out max pressure at all times. Thank you, and I will let you know how it went when I get my FPR in.

nope thats a hit and miss situation. im running a 300zx tt fuel pump with no rich issues except for if my afrs dip. CHECK THE IC PIPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my car did the same thing, go over ur ic piping with a microscope if need be but check all couplers. do the jiggle test; if ur hotpipe or cold pipe has any play on any part of it, theres a good chance that u have an IC piping leak between one of the couplers....................

JWT ecu is designed for a certain fuel pressure, injector size and MAF. If I am not mistaken JWT uses the Cobra MAF.

actually JWT can program the ecu's for either stock MAF, cobra MAF, or z32 maf.

Checked all my pipings yesterday, found a leak and fixed it, then a little pin hole leak at my bov flange that this guy welded for me, stuck in my 50lb injectors and setted my fuel pressure down to 40 psi now. Was at 60 psi when before. It is still running like it is misfiring, and would not keep an idle when you gas it. Does my egr control solenoid have anything to do with it? It is still plugged in but the vacuum lines are just left open. I'll try to get pics of my setup later.
