yoo im looking to drop in a s14 ka motor into my s13 an d dureing the process turbocharge it with a top mount turbo would this setup fit under my hood?

The only difference in S13 motor and s14 motor: Head, valve cover, valve cover bolts, upper timing chain cover, intake manifold.

If you use the S14 head you have to use S14 head, valve cover, valve cover bolts and upper timing chain cover.

Difference in the intake S14 does not have the butterfy valves.

So yes, it will fit. The bigger problem is generally Master Cyl clearance.
