thanks...yea i fabbed it...then had final flanges welded by the professional TIG welders at AMS...

Very well written, but i dont think i could ever get the exact measurements. Do u have any experience in engineering?? But anyways nice work. Cant wait to see the results.

here's a measurement...the volume of the plenum is almost exactly 4.0L...i lost about 5-6" runners which the stock lower plenum had...I have no professional experience in engineering...I do research alot and live by scientific method/process of elimination though!

Looking good my friend, I like the valve cover, is that a DIY powder coating? I also want to see your car in silver, since I'm thinking of going with a satin aluminum finish for mine, should be similar.

Your intake looks pretty good for a DIY job bro. As I sit in here thats one of the things I think about fabbing all the time. The stocker is ugly at best. Did you port your intake runners at all?

I'm going to use a 1/4" piece of phenolic between the mani and the head to assist in the cooling. I was gonna read the whole thread you have on the ORGbut I don't have the time, I will when I get out.

Quick question for ya, do ya think a taper from the 1st runner to the 4th would increase the velocity? I'm speaking of the surge tank itself, not the runners, similar to the veilside mani for the RB's.
