ka-t problems

i have been buying parts to turbo charge my ka24de out of a 91 240sx the engine its self i belive is able to handle high pressure. the engine has been completly rebuild with jimwolf s1 cams BC oversized valve springs port and polished head bored 40 balance crank and so on. but what i wanted to know is that will these cams work well with a turbo the specs are 390" lift / 275 deg. due also what im i suppose to do about the maf and the O2 i did buy a chip that runs of stored fuel maps will this chip delete the use of the maf and O2 help please
