ive had it running about a month ago but then my exhaust came off and burnt my o2 sensorwiring and i fixed that. now im getting a miss firing code on cyl. #3. ive checked for spark. ive got spark, i just did a compression test today.. 180 on all clyinders. i noticed that all my spark plugs were really clean except number 3 was covered in black.. i know its good because i bought it a week ago.. ive checked my injectors by puting a screw driver up to them and listening for clicking. each is fine.. here are my mods- 1995 240sx-jwt ecu, 490cc injectors, peakboost mani, jgy customs intercooler, greddy bov and hotpipe, z32 maf, t3/t4 garret turbo,3in downpipe/exhaust,tial wastegate, iridium spark plugs and wires.

any thoughts would be appreciated.. i havent even finished breaking it in

pull your dip stick and smell it. if it has a hint fuel smell to it, i bet the plug that was black your injector is leaking. heres an easy way to check. you dont have to pull any of your injectors out. just pul the rail off the mani with the injectors and fuel lines still attatched. expose so you can see the tips of the injectors. turn the key so your fuel pump comes on and look for any leaks on that injector. if its leaking, then you have a torn lower oring. thats a real common problem everyone seems to run into on their ka including me. if you have to replace it make sure you lube the oring up with some motor oil before you install it.

after you fixed what?? if you have any gas in your oil you need to change it now, and not when you get home from driving it somewhere. you can ruin a motor running with gas in the oil.

yes but i got a new problem now.ha... when im driving its fine but if i try to go fast at around 4500 rpms the turbo gets really loud and it doesnt go past the 4500 or shift.... i have a automatic and im thinking that it maybe has something to do with my ecu.... when i had jwt tune it i told them that it would be manual soon.. which it will be... and on the ecu it says using a/t core then 95 240sx m/t turbo... what do you think?

how does the turbo get really loud? maybe you popped a charge pipe coupler off. look over all your couplers and clamps with a real close eye.

no all the couplings are solid... idk how it gets loud.. i just know its not making the right noise.
