so ill make a list of my many problems and feel free to answer any.


1. speedo only works sometimes usually over 30mph has new sensor in tranny

2.rpm gauge does not work

3. running super super rich just check wiring to maf and injectors none are stuck open o rings are all looking good.

4.absolutely wont time well even when i took it to the mechanic what the f***!!! had to just half a** it to get running

5.im not burning oil but appears at times to have blue smoke coming from exhaust maybe just the running rich?

6. bov sounds like its coming out of my intake not the bov itself

7. i do not think im getting vacuum anywhere i have no vacuum or presure on any line i tap my boost gauge into....

Is your BOV recirculated?

With your gauge cluster problems, have you double checked all your wiring plus the back of the cluster?

i plan on changing the cluster tonight and doublechecking it


no its not recirculated

Is your BOV fluttering at all?
The spring might be too tight.

i hear it making the bov sound for a long amount of time it seems like usually 2-3 seconds i dont think it does it while driving though, i dont think its fluttering but im not sure what it would sound like if it were.

turbo flutter around 15 sec.

its only bad after so many psi but that number is different with different turbos. post a vid and maybe we can help more.

boost leaks for the richness? and ?maybe vacuum? for rpm and speedo check the plug that connects engine harness to body harness wiring harness that is maybe have s*** connection

yeah after watching that video i believe i have turbo flutter what do i do to fix this? also i have butchered the vacuum lines on the back of my KA can i get a pic or diagram of what i can remove i want it to be simple


1. egr is gone
2. aiv is gone (little black box near exhaust)
3. charcole canister i think i can remove? yes no maybe

what else? pics please im stupid :)


also one more thing about the catch can setup

i have PCV>>>>>> CAN then CAN>>>>>pre turbo intake the intake right before the turbo this is good?

I removed all my junk, even the charcoal canister.
Then I plugged these hardlines under the throttle body. (Don't mind the writing, I didn't put it there.)

will it effect anything if i leave number 1 to my throttle?

If everything is unplugged on the canister and you leave line #1 on, won't it act like a vacuum leak?

im plugging 2,3,4,5 thats done i want to leave 1 fully connected because it would be easier

1. Could be more then just a sensor.. Possible the voltage is to low under 30mph?
2. There might be someone going on behind your cluster that also might be affecting your speedo. Short?
3. You will get this if you are running a non-recirculated BOV that gets stuck open and lets in unmetered air.
4. You throwing any codes? Knock sensor bad?
5. Crankcase seals leaking?
6. Did you hook up your vacuum line to the right line? Maybe T-off the vacuum line that runs by the firewall.
7. Maybe that explains why number 6 is an issue.

i re hooked up the bov it seems to work now


ill replace the gauges and clean all connectors

i rebuilt the engine i know the crank seal is good

and im not recirculated on my bov
