ka-t t25 370cc injectors and q-tune ecu. this car belongs to icnuthin.

ok rebuild went fine and car starts up first turn of key. woo hoo. i took it for a spin around the block today(first time). then it started to overheat. around 200 degrees i think? im not sure if my new gauge is right cause im using the stock sensor. but i looked down at my oil psi and it was almost at zero. so i shut it off. then tried to start it up but it didnt. i waited about an hour then it started right up. it sounded the same like it didnt have any problems.

im thinking there was an air pocket w/ bad radiator. so that is why i got a new rad. then i was watching my gauges while topping it off with water and the temp stayed around 160-170. then i noticed that my oil psi was at 20 and the temp was 190.

there is this plug right next to the water sensor (red plug) what does it do?when i plug it in it turns off my fan but when i unplug it my fan starts back up.(weird)

after messing with this plug i notice that my temp was close to 210 and the oil pressure was dropping around 15psi. then i killed the car. (got skerd)

waited 10 min started right back up and oil was at 30 then i revd it a bit then it leveled to 20 and myh temp was at 180. im not to sure that my new gauges are right. i got them from prosport.

and last thing new alternator but i notice that my inside lights have a light flicker with the motor running?

What kind of gauges do you have? Electrical Mechanical? Autometer or ebay? Proabably just bad gauges or porr ground connection... Did you rebuild the motor?

I had an autometer for my oil gauge. It lasted for about 2000miles. The gauge is good by the sending unit crapped out. I go from 10psi to 70psi keeps jumping lol. It could of been dropped or just been a defect... Know anyone in town you can swap and test? Your gauge itself should be fine, it's the sending unit that came with it that is messed up... Hopefully lol
