I know on a lot of turbo manifolds that there isn't a space for the egr tube. I'll only have a safc2, btm, and wideband. Would those 3 things + tuning account for passing emissions if I removed the egr crap?

If it weren't for the egr, I don't see why a KA-T would fail emissions.

I live in Georgia.

EDIT: I edited the original post a bit after looking up egr plugging on s13's.

I recirculated my EGR system with custom-bent metal tubing from the EGR valve connecting to my downpipe, and it seems to work.

And my car passed Ontario's "Drive Clean" emissions testing.

Not sure how much impact the EGR actually has on final numbers though.

I'm not sure either about how big of a role the EGR plays. Im trying to get away from as much custom work done. I dont have hookups or a friend or a shop to do my own work. I'd have to pay everyone to do stuff.

If your car doesn't need to pass tech, then I get any car on the planet to pass the smog part. Just let me know if its the tech inspection. I don't have a tech inspection here so....
