Im new at building a ka-t, i just wanted to hear what people have done to get there oil supply for their turbo. I know the return is going to be tapped in to the oil pan, but i dont know where to tap into or what to do to get an oil supply.

Under your oil filter, behind the alternator. This is a oil pressure sending unit switch for factory. You unscrew it and put your oil line there. Or you can use a T fitting so you can also use an oil pressure gauge.

you can also buy a sandwich adapter to fit between your oil filter and block. It will have 4 ports to which you can hook up a pressure gauge, oil temp, whatever you want. About $30 off the bay

wrongo you will still need to weld(or jbweld) in a return bung for the turbo, you CANNOT use the sandwich adapter!!!!

turbos use a gravity return... but an oil cooler could be used..

so the ebay ones work good eh? I may get one of those.
