wideband?
more general info on your setup would be nice.. like if your running 10psi on a t25 setup its probably about maxing your 370s and making some real heat(which would make sense if retarding timing helped)...

a bov cannot eliminate all surge. it reduces the harmful effects of it but it doesnt relieve all of it. you the bov port would have to be the same size as the I/C pipeing to eliminate all of it.

i love the revs and the feel of the front end now with a little bit lighter engine and how it sits a little farther back. the front doesnt feel as sloppy just by shedding somewhere around 100lbs i think and it being moved back over the crossmember. also theres more room under the hood which is nice as far as working in there. Power wise Ive been very pleased as well, its very fun to drive and runs very smoothly, even at high rpm. The KA always felt to me like it was balanced on a bathroom scale. i have severe nerve damage in my right hand and any vibration drives me painfully INSANE so Im prob being over critical tho but thats my $.02

Are you considering a CA or something???

its not a matter or ka or ka-t, they both run and idle the same. the CA just has a better balanced crankshaft and you feel less engine vibration in the car while its running. I remember I had to have my ecu repaired cause my maf wiring melted on the manifold and it fried a ribbon trace in the ecu. well after I had it fixed my rev limiter was not 7500 anymore lol. i was drifting with some friends and my car was taching out like a b*tch! I set my safc to record max values, i was revving to 9,300rpm and it was as smooth as glass! scary... but smooth. i never did anything about it, i just revved it to 9k when drifting. it was almost like my gears became endless lol

Definitely not. I don't think I could ever put a smaller motor in something. I was just wondering how it compared to the KA.

I like it. They both have their pro's and con's but if I were doing it all over again Id still pick the CA. Its a little anemic down low but after about 3500 its awesome. Even stock with a red top t25 it ripped and I loved the revs sooooooooo much. It just wanted to be beaten so bad and the harder I pushed it the more it delivered every time. What I do miss about my KA is being able to go to Nissan or Oreily's and get anything I need and I also miss my A/C. The compressor was seized with my CA swap. I love the KA's punchy torque tho.

the CA almost reminds me of a rotary but with more torque and no doritos. its scary where they can rev to. almost lack of atmosphere revs
